- We take personal care and attention to craft our personalized clothing, home and corporate products. We would ask that you review the sizing guide and contact us in advance of placing an order. Due to the custom craftsmanship and personalization, our products are non-refundable, unless damaged or otherwise defective. If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
